You won't find drivers for a router, only firmware. The "Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal" is driver related. The only way to know for sure what driver is causing the issue is to debug a memory dump from windows. That takes some time & skill.
Setup WEP (at least 64bit). Yes you will want to do this with a computer hooked up via cable.
