I like how the little blurb says that the Japanese girl should be "more responsible". Yeah right. If some black kid did that to me, I'd whip out my giant lexicon of racial slurs (and by giant, I mean immense...remember, I live in Kansas. People here aren't known for their tolerance) and let 'em fly. Not because I'm racist, but because it's fair game. It's like hitting a woman. I'd never do it unless one belted me first. If you're man enough to throw a punch, you're man enough to take one. Same goes for racism.
