Depends on the dealer...

Some are great... some (like the last place I worked at) Sold salvage title cars...

They used to do ALL sorts of unbelievable shit... my personal favorite was when the immobilizer keys wouldn't work right... they'd just super glue the transponder to the reciever so it was useless.
