i think alaska is in this catagory now too, and from what i remeber you can somewhat legally grow your own, as long as your not selling it.
im glad they are taking the step in the right direction with it. its healthier than ciggarettes, but since its actualy fun where as cigs dont do shit for ya, they wana ban it.
