iof not done corectlly the auto to manual swap will destroy the car. what you may wanna do is get an auto tranny from a lude and you will see some differences in how the car accelerates because the accord transmission is geared more for gas saving and a smoother ride.
As for the swap goes get an h22 wich will make 190-200 hp at the crank, then turbo it. that will make insane power. also you gotta keep in mind that you will have to change the suspension on the front at least because the h22 is heavier then the f22 and will mess the weight distribution ratio, and the ride will handle like crap.
Your f22 with this mileage will be able to withstand to about 8-9psi of boost without any problems. just to make sure have a cylinder compression check before.
In any case before going turbo you need to change some of the fuel parts like injectors and rail, fuel pressure regualtor to avoit starvation of the injectors, and you don't wanna run lean when the turbo kicks in.
