No overthrow of the government here... remember me stating I was gonna enter politics? I'm gonna work the system, not fight it.

It will affect the budget- you think welfare is free? It will also force people to be more productive aka generate wealth aka boost the economy. And yes, it will lower the crime rate as most crime occurs below the poverty line.

How will it starve kids? There won't be nearly as many kids being popped out by the lower class if you issue condoms and put a child tax on them. Once you make poor people pay for kids instead of getting money for having them, they'll think twice and drive/walk a few minutes to get a sh!tload of condoms.


Nothing I wrote punishes the poor for being poor. It punishes them for not having a job and for having more kids than they can afford... these kids are thus not parented well, turn to violence/etc and grow up to be poor and the cycle continues. While there are great exceptions such as Colon Powell, the rule far outweighs the exceptions in this case.
