that is funny... I think we got that email at an office I used to work at...

It's funny because it's true... when I started going to the gym years ago (have stopped since) it was outrageous... on my 2nd day there I could barely dial the phone to call my mom... It was terrible.

Really did feel great though after sticking with it for a while.
