I believe the five books of Moses were written in Hebrew, although I could be mistaken. Either way, the matrices are found using that original text, written in Hebrew. The Hebrew letters in the text make up Hebrew words, which THEN are translated into English- it isn't translated into English then de-coded; that would obviously be flawed...
