Im not saying the cars are slow. Im saying they are pathetic for the amount of money put into them. Just cuz its a TT supra, that doesnt make it fast. Just cuz its a turbo rx-7, dont dont make it fast. My uncle is still building a pure show car (69 Camaro). But inorder for it to be a nice show car...EVERYTHING HAS TO BE DONE TO IT. The car is around 1400hp to the rear wheels. With anywhere from 80-100grand invested into it in the last 12 years. The supra's times are a discrace to anyone that owns a supra. The eclipse is just 100% rice because it doesnt even have direct port like they said it had in the movie. It has 1 NOS tank and speakers where they showed the NOS tanks in the movie. Which means those were empty and didnt do a damn thing. They tried to make a movie about imports but sadly. The car they should have used for the racing was that Civic. "HECTER'S". The turbo'd civic hatch without the hood in the first big race. That was probably the fastest car on the set. The skyline that 1 d00d with the scanners drove was badass also. All and all...bad acting, bad story line and FAKE cars. Only real car was the charger. They portraied all these cars to be 10 second cars which they werent. It would be kinda hard to fake a car doing a wheel stand though. That CHARGER was NICE!!
