). Not only are those things the dumbest, most tacky bullshit ever, they could present a problem. Not to your everyday motorist, but what about law enforcement? They get pretty pissed if you don't stop your car immediately. If it looks like your car is still going, you're in deep shit. Besides, the law specifically prohibits them on
highways. It doesn't say anything about regular streets.
