I would definitely go FI. A blower would work well...but I remember seeing a "tuner" S2000 that was turbo'ed. That's what I'd do. Blowers are good...but turbos are better. As far as the CR goes...you could run a little less boost or just buy some dished pistons and lower the CR to something like 10:1 or 9.5:1. A really good intercooler would help with that too. You could go N/A, but I don't see anyone getting a huge power boost from a motor that small N/A.
