Thanks for the comments guys. It's still cheaper than buying a kit, but it's almost the same cost now. The only trade off is that i get the bragging rights from piecing it together, and i have wicked nice parts that i like ( esp, my WG and BOV).
Ben you sure about 500hp as a daily driver? That sounds very unstreetable, and very tractionless.
Hey Arnel, how bad do you think my turbo lag will be? A buddy of mine has a celica that he turbo'd himself and has a smaller johnnyracecar.com intercooler, and thinks that my larger intercooler (and smaller displacement) will yield a good ammount of turbo lag. Any comments?
