The 5700 card will be slower but you should be able to overclock it because they are a clocked down 5700. I heard of an LE being overclocked to the same speed as an Ultra, like 400+ on mem and core.

Bandwith is important but I think the AGP bus is limited so it'll probably cap out before anything else.
