hell no. if you sign up, you can buy cars. Just go to examples and you'll see what cars been sold.
You dont have to sign up to see what cars been sold. But I think you only sign up if your planning to buy a car from them. Either way, the cars they sell are junk cars that probably need twice the money theyre asking to fix.
Especially with a flood damage, waters inside the engine, and if you dont fix it quickly the water will dry up inside and it will faked forever.
I know this because, my brother in laws prelude got hydro locked and got charged mass $$ and he said the longer you wait to take the water out the more money it will be.
Just check out the examples and you can see what type of cars and how much they selling for.
