check it out, You're gonna tell me the largest country in the world doesn't have a forest, hard to beleive
anyways you also have to cure your own wounds. sometimes if you get shot you will have to dig the bullet out with your knife then apply disinfectants and bandage yourself. broken bone? no problem splint and bandage. and something that deals alot with injuries is your stamina. if you dont keep it up Snake becomes less agile. to keep it up you have to ea the flora and fauna around you to stay in good shape.
also i got to say the detail they put into the game is amazing.
