Yes. Considering they can't tie it to anyone else. Is just like a tree falling on your car.
I hit a deer couple of years ago and im high risk (my insurance is 549 a month) and they covered it without a word or raising my rates.
You would need a poilce report....
Did you kill the deer? If so then go back and call he cops. If not, then speak to your agent and they may cover it if its like he said.
