Ummm...no. Read it closely man...or read it period. It gives courts like FISA to conduct secret searches of your home without your knowledge, tap your phone or monitor your internet connection without a warrant, suspend habeas corpus, and deny you council...all on the SUSPICION that you are a terrorist or that you sympathize with them. I'm all for fighting terrorism, but shit...I enjoy having a few civil liberties as well. Plus it doesn't clearly define a terrorist or sympathizer. It's just like back in the day when the "war on drugs" began (which was the biggest joke in decades) when they passed laws allowing people to be held in jail for up to a year on the (again) SUSPICION of using drugs. Way to protect the constitution Amerika!
