I thought about getting my A+ cert, just because it might look good on a resume. A buddy of mine went through that and a bunch of other tests, and he was studying nonstop, the book was really thick.
Does the test have a lot of questions about older technology? The review book i was reading was talking about some real obscure shit that one wouldn't run into normally (token ring adapters, and other legacy network protocols sticks out in my mind)
and how much did the test cost you?
