OEM gsr/civic si is a fine bar that you can usually get for under $40.
There are also good mugen knock-off bars on ebay for around $50. Just look for ones with NO hinges - IE http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tego ry=33591

A carbing 3pt bar (or similar) is going to be the best since it also attaches to the firewall. They are expensive though...and not really worth it IMO

Strut bars dont really do that much...dont shell out big bucks. A large diameter rear sway and subframe reinforcement combo will work wonders for handling.
