No, h&r is a sportier ride....not cheap.
They are designed to be stiffer - they have a higher spring rate than the eibachs do. (higher rates = stiffer springs)
Higher rates so the car doesnt spring along the track and dip like a lincoln town car.

Race springs are for racing...I wouldnt drive them on the streets. Theyre almost all very stiff and very low. I know cali has some bad street...I wouldnt want to drive out there being that low...
