Dyno tune your car. You'll have to find a place who can tune your A/F ratio with your e-manage. Turn the boost up to 10 psi. It will be safe if tuned.
Get a high flow cat to free up the turbine spool time
I'm hoping you're exhaust piping is within the range of 2.25 to 2.5 diameter.
Remove your 17's. Your steelies will work better.
