seriously, if it doesn't rain hard in your area, go with the cold air. Or better yet look into systems that are both (ie: iceman, or i think injen makes some detatchable systems) that way in shitty, wet, spring and winter months you can take out the bumber section.

I was driving my car around tonight, and it was so cold out for being august, and you really could notice the differecnce. Especially on the highway when the air really gets moving.
