unplug wires
stick a socket down there (w/ long extension...duh) and undo/remove them
put the new ones in...tighten them to spec (15-18ft/lbs 2x)
replace wires
The hardest part is making sure that they're gapped correctly...and even that is not hard as long as you have a gapping coin
