There are 2 things that may cause this:
1) Your turbo shaft seal has failed causing oil to leak by on both side of the turbo assembly (compressor and turbine), thus sending oil to both the exhaust and intake.

2) Fried piston rings and/or blow-by will allow oil to get into the breather tube/PCV causing oil to get sucked into the compressor and back into the charged pipe.

Your intercooler is mostlikely full of oil as well. Lowering the boost will not solve the problem, although it may minimize it. Start with the basic. Inspect if your oil return line is pinched. If it is, then fix that right away. This will minimize oil from passing through the turbo shaft seal which may be the probable cause of the problem. FMU's will still do it's thing regardless of what the boost setting it. If you ever get this problem fixed, get a "real" management system like Hondata or AEM EMS. Even the GReddy E-manage is starting to come around. Fuk FMU man...... it's not healthy for your boosted ride.

Goodluck
