A. You can't use your ex rotors with the type R calipers...
B. As mentioned you need to either grind off some material on the caliper mounting bracket or hub mounting surface (I WOULD NOT RECOMEND DOING THIS)... OR you need to space the rotors out a little which MAY require getting extended wheel studs...

I'm actually going to get around to doing this pretty soon... I got a set of 97 lude vtec calipers from work for free.. so I'm gunna put them on as soon as I get around to figuring out the spacing I need to do and whether or not I need the extended wheel studs...

As far as the master/booster... I wouldn't worry about it as much as I'd worry about the prop/valve... right now you're NOT sending adequate pressure to the rears to get balanced braking which is essentially the whole point of a rear disk conversion (besides the lack of need to adjust them)...

I'd get a prop valve and a master cyl. ONLY... there is a 15/16th's civic master cylinder that will bolt up to your lines and booster... TRUST ME changing the booster SUCKS A$$... My back STILL hurts a year later.

I can't find the thread on H-T about the civic master... but I'm pretty sure it's a 87 wagon or something... I'll try to look into it if I get a chance...
