I'll give out my basic plan here. I'm going to redesign mailers and seminar invitations, setup seminars to bring in wholesalers and clients, then follow up with the seminar attendees, setup meetings with them, and work a relationship with them to open new accounts. I have a large prospect database to draw from with info about each person so I can focus my attention on their particular needs such as 401Ks, annuities, CDs, bonds, you name it, I know it. I know how the prospects think, I know what language they speak, and the people I'm working for don't, so I am going to be the people-person getting clients into the office. Can we say compensation much?
