What happened to yours, did someone try and steal your deck or something? They're not to bad to install, I did it on my other car. It's just held if with a bunch of screws from behind, it's just tricky getting to them. Just don't try and pry it off or you'll break the tabs and have nothing to screw the new one into. God luck, hope you find a cheap one.
