even if you get a lawyer AND you did have friends in the area, AND the fact that you may have been yelling at them, it isnt legal to shout obscenities in public (and unless you meant ''bastard'' as he has no father, then that counts as one). Last I heard it was punishable by a $500 fine or 90days in jail (same as littering and smoking in an elevator).
You may have trouble with it...but Id go for the lawyer+court route any day of the week over tickets. You dont HAVE to get a sentence and it will probably get tossed out.

But my other point was that legally, if you werent causing any problems (that includes being too loud) then the cop had no right to bust up your crew.
