Ive seen dyno charts of stock gsr's w/ the only upgrade as ihe and ctr pistons that are between 180-190 whp. Of course, the compression in that setup would be 12:1 and 91octane at the least would have to be run...
With that you could also run larger cams and whatnot but because of the larger domed pistons you might run into clearance problems (may even run into them w/ stock cams).
200 would be easily obtained through turbo though...very easily
