you will gain some power if you dyno tune the cam gears on a basically stock motor
the AEM pully kit comes with an alternator pully and a PS pully, well at least mine did. only problem is your electrical stuff(expecially if you have a upgraded sterio) will dim more your a/c wont blow as cold at a stop, and it can burn your alternator out. if you dont mind no PS, i'd pull the PS pump. you'll get the same or more free'ed up hp without the strain on your alternator
