Ahhhh...once again an antiquated ideal of romance surfaces. Women who like getting flowers are usually tied into an old idea of what romance should be. Not to say I won't buy a girl flowers...it's just that most of the women out there seem very lackluster at the idea of them. I remember spending around $60 on some purple orchids for a girl once...they were dead within a week. There's just so much more out there that's original and new than buying flowers. If that's what your girl likes, then that's great, but try and think of something with more sentiment and meaning than some dumbass plants that will surely be dead in short order.
