the type R front calipers are the same as the prelude front calipers... the rears (type R) are the same as an accord wagon of a certain year... not sure exactly...

And if you check out that thread the dual piston calipers... both nsx and legend have a MUCH smaller surface area than the single piston typeR/prelude caliper...

I'm kinda with you though... I'd like to see tests.
