This is about as vague as "how fast will my car go?"
The power that it will make is all dependent on what the compression is, what the bore is, fuel pressure&ratio, etc...but mostly compression in this case.
Personally, I am against ls/vtec because as I have seen many times "it doesnt work". No, Im not gonna get into it, because there are a ton of posts out there along with entire websites devoted solely to the topic of it not working.
