1) Do you have a 2.5 inch exhaust pipe all the way to the muffler?
Get a high flow cat and since we're in Va, we have no emissions test, so you might as well get a test pipe.
2)-3) Stay with 550cc injectors
as long as you have a program to control it. Use hondata. It's a little pricey but you wont regret it. The AFC "hack" will work too, unless you boost higher than 10-12psi, then you'll throw a CEL code. Discard the booster idea on low to mid level boost. Let the Hondata do it's job. Definitely get a 255LPH in-tank fuel pump, so the volume of fuel is always there even if you are not burning the fuel. The dealership will not reprogram your ECU. They will get you a new ECU. Only aftermarket companies will do that. If you get Hondata, no need for ECU reprogram since that's what Hondata does.... piggy back the ECU.
