I really like my Accord. I have the sedan, not the coupe, but it is really comfortable, and I drive a lot. It has all the nice features that I was looking for in a car, and I did consider a car similar to what you were also looking at. I considered getting an A4, but couldn't justify in my mind the extra cost for a slightly smaller car even with Quattro (I wanted the 3.0, not the 1.8t).
I don't regret my decision.
Paul - leasing is a good option for some people who don't necessarily drive a lot and like to turn their car in after 2-3 years. I believe it can also work out well if it is your primary car and you own your own business, but you would have to check with an accountant on that.
