I used to not eat breakfast but then I read this one artcile in Men's Health or Maxim or somthing.....anyways it talked about all of the different factors that will cause you to lose or gain weight....the categories were like stress, sleep, etc.......they ranked them on percents....negative percents were good and high were bad..... the second worst was like no enough sleep at 90% and then not eating breakfast was like 410%......so i usually grab a nutri gran bar or somthing on the way to class
