Look at the old finals to see what the questions were like. Be sure you can do problems of those variety. Look at chapter summaries. Figure out how much of the stuff on the final is before your last midterm, and how much of it is after. Review the stuff from your previous midterm for about 25% of your study time, devoting the remaining 75% to the new material.
Relax and sleep well, don't kill yourself, because you are just trying to give yourself the best chance right now. Overdoing it will inevitably lead to failure, not that you might not fail anyway.
