i started workign out and i'm addicted...i got 3-5 times a week...usually 4 at least and always for an hour at least..its good stuff. I don't haev a routine or anything but i feel alot stronger and better about myself....it builds confidence IMHO...makes you feel great.....i do cardio for about 15mins and the rest i lift weights
i am still chubby but it takes a bit to get in shape
also, i have exams this week so i am not gonna be able to go as much
