well its cause 60 is COLD... its in the 80's and 90's for over half the year and 60 is our winter
at out football game last night it was in the 50's and we were all in jackets. we're pussies when it comes to the cold, at least until jan or feb. then you'll see us wearing shirts in the 60's... but **** the 50's thats still too cold
