that is absolute hell on your joints. i wouldnt do it, i know a friend of my family is a chiropractor and he told my mom about how bad it was for your joints if you do it too much. i know my knees are beat to hell from skating on them every day, which is about the same effect of having 10 lb weights on each foot and running around with them on. cold weather or standing too long makes my knees and ankles hurt
