A good friend i Kickbox with is taking a fight on Dec 13'th (free style). He cut from 200lbs to the required weight of 175 in a month and a half. Its funney, as soon as his last fight at 175 was over he had the weight back in about a week lol - at the people i train with jokingly call him the "skinny kid".
