I'm relieved to finally see a good thread on here where people aren't having problems...can I get a woot woot? Seriously though, I'm glad to hear you got out of your "relationship" with that dick. Although if this other guy had to travel 200 miles it sounds like another LD relationship. That's not by any means bad...just weird and different. The song writing thing always works.  I've done that a few times and played them at shows. Of course, since it's me, I always get the "that was so sweet...but I just wanna be friends". In any event.... 
Edit: Just remember what my grandma used to tell me (all of you): Don't settle for the one you can live with, wait for the one you can't live without.
