sportlines are SHITTY springs in my opinion... I don't like linear rate springs at all... They have one spring rate... that makes for very little chance of them adapting to anything... they're either too soft or too stiff... With progressive rate springs they have both soft and stiff coils which are used under different circumstance.... It makes for a much more dynamic spring.

the pro-kits are sick... but take some getting used to and WILL NOT lower your car much at all.. there will still be plenty of a gap between the tire and fender line...

You may want to look into "Ground Control" springs... they are adjustable so you can set whatever hieght you want... and they use eibach springs... I'm not sure if they're available with progress rates or not... I don't think so... but I'm not sure.

As far as the flake... I'd ask them to mix a touch of it different ways and let you see the results... that way you can see which one YOU like more...

Also be sure to ask them about what color primer they'll use... white will make it much more bright where as black will make it much darker and richer... They may not even be planing on primering it though.. they may just sand off/into your clearcoat and paint from there... in which case you may want them to mix it a little darker then specified... since the white color underneith will make it brighter then it seems on a sample.
