yes the h22 will fit, but its a somewhat hard swap(not real hard, but more complicated than a b series swap). Some issues with this swap are: you have to do some custom stuff to keep power steering as well as A/C; and your going to have a problem with breaking stock axles cause they'll be sitting at a weird angle; you'll have to cut a hole to pass the cables through for the cable tranny. If you wanted to stay allmotor then its a pretty good swap, but a hassle.

You could spend less and be faster if you just turbocharged the motor you have.
