actually...it doesn't effect most telemarketers...just go to the website...i think it's
www.donotcall.org but i'm not sure.
Just read what it's all about...it doesn't effect non-profit organizations, surveyers, or phone companies...there might be a few other things too...if people mess with me though...i just **** around with them back...
