I'd tell him to pedal his ass around on a tricycle, and if he wrecked again he might not be as injured as he could be in a car
Additionally, he might not injure other people. Maybe that's the a$$hole in me coming out, but if my parents told me to give/sell my car to a sibling, especially at something less than what it's worth, I'd flat out tell them to f@#k off.
Then I'd get thrown out of the house and have to live in the car.
I'm glad I live on my own, LOL...and that I don't have any siblings to deal with.
