I'd probobly kiss the guy... I'd love to be able to have 10k (well I'd only spend like 5-6) to get a different car.

I could strip all the parts on my car and have a better one in a week or two...

it'd suck and all but I wouldn't have beaten him up (counter suit for WAY more than the value of your car) and would have sued the pants off of him his family and anyone he's been in contact with for the last 3 years.

I can't believe you actually didn't get sued or arrested.
