drifting and fwd has nothing to do with the ebrake...

I think you mean the UNDERsteer typical of most fwd's will make it harder to drift... oversteer is when the ass comes out...

Drifting in a fwd is not as much fun nor does it create MUCH faster speeds through turns as it does with rwd or awd... however it's possible.. .it's SCARY as HELL but so is REAL drifting in any car...

the video's that go around aren't really drifting... they're just people pushing through corners while doing a burnout so it LOOKS like drifting KIND OF... real drifting is REALLY dangerous and not all that controllable by anyone but the best of drivers...

I can do it but rarely if ever do.. .I'm not risking my or anyone elses life to look cool or to show someone it's possible... however I've done it a couple of times to shut people up and they have agreed it's not fun or cool it's just SCARY...

you screw up before your out of the corner either way (IE understeer OR oversteer) once your in a drift your most likely going to die or come REAL close. Your car will DEFINATELY not survive to tell the story...

there was a GREAT article in road & track about one of the writers visting a famous bmw racer in germany and on the way home the guy ripped off the autobahn at about 100 into a slow 180 degree turn all 4 wheels squeeling as he continued to recount a racing story to the writer... it was funny the way it was worded and how obvious it was that this guy made a veteran road & track writer all but dump in his pants.
