With a Greddy turbo at about the stock 5.5 lbs of boost that comes preset on the kit, your civic will probably put out 135-150 (to the ground). Depending on what else you have done with it, and if you decide to turn the boost up a little more you could have more power to the ground, I think about 140 hp to the ground is about average, but it really varies from car to car. This doesnt sound like a whole lot of power but keep in mind that thats with not many other mods, in a pretty light car. This will probably put you low 15's high 14's pretty easy.

SUp Racing Rice. The stock compression on a civic is 9:2:1?? jeez that seems kinda too low.

But nehow RxR_Eclipse i have the greddy turbo in my car and i absolutely love it. I am currently boostin 7 lbs and it pulls pretty strong considering that its only a sohc. Once the greddy turbo is installed your slow ass civic will turn immediately into a Gsr ANd Si Killer. = ). Of course if they are boosted then they'll probably eat us alive but if they only have the usual bolt on's you'll smoke em in your dust. But know that although the greddy turbo gives you an instant power which you'll love but the small turbo does not have great potential. If you plan to fix the crap out of your car later and wanna go really fast then you'll probably wanna get a Drag 3 OR the Revhard Stage2. I still have alot of work to be done in my Greddy Turboed Civic and i am already thinking about getting a bigger turbo. But yeah. Trust Me. Greddy Is dope. I mean it only cost like the half of what the other Turbo Kits cost. = ). By the way i paid $1550 for the kit, Greddy Turbo Timer, ANd the Greddy Type S Blow off. And i think i have around 160-170hp at the wheels. I had the kit on my car bone stock with the cat and stock exhaust. I immediately felt the power. Then i got a Greddy SP exhaust and a straight pipe and i noticed a great improvement in power. I never knew that An exhaust and straight pipe can give you that much power. But yeah, Get it. You'll not regret it. Good luck with your ride.
