People buy what they want, because thats what they want. Im still trying to figure out what the point of this thread is. If someone has the money to build a 10 second civic, and they succeed at building a 10 second civic. Why are they wrong in doing so? Because you think they wasted money. Thats your opinion.
Dare to dream! Tell the guy with the 13 second festiva that that he wasted his money. Im sure he wont feel the same way. Why do you even worry about what other people are spending their money on?
